• Please list, in order of preference, four (4) dates in your travel itinerary for your performance.
• Request dates that are free of other activities, such as outside performances, competitions, and group arrivals and departures.
• Show times are determined approximately two to three weeks prior to performance date.
• Groups must provide their own bus transporation to and from their assigned venue and/or workshop.

All performers are required to purchase one of the Disney Performing Arts Packages listed below. Tickets will be valid for use only during the group′s stay. A performance or workshop requires the use of one Theme Park Admission on that day (excluding performance at the Waterside Stage at Downtown Disney®), however your group can enjoy the Theme Parks before and after your event. Prices valid for groups performing between January 1, 2011 and December 31, 2011.

Workshops are 2½ hours (Young Performer Editions are 1½ hours) in length and are an additional cost.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
PAYMENT: Checks must be made payable to Disney Destinations, LLC.
PACKAGES FOR DIRECTORS/CHAPERONES: Packages will be provided for up to two Directors. In addition, packages may be purchased for Additional Guest (i.e. parent or sibling) at the performer price.
TAXES: Tax–inclusive prices include the current 6.5% Sales Tax, which is subject to change without notice. Any increase in such taxes will result in a concomitant increase in such prices.
TAX–EXEMPT GROUPS: To take advangage of tax exempt pricing, an Organization must:
• Pay with the Organization′s credit card, the Organization′s check or a cashier′s check (the check must include the Organization′s name as the remitter); and
• Attach a valid Florida State Tax Exempt Certification to the Ticket Order AND show a copy of the Florida State Tax Exempt Certification at pick–up.
OTHER INFORMATION: The above Packages are available only through December 31, 2011 to organized performance groups of 10 or more, and must be reserved in advance. The prices and other terms and conditions of the Packages are subject to change at any time before we accept your order. Use of, or participation in, certain activities/events in the theme parks and attractions require the payment of additional charges. Tickets are not valid for special or premium events or other activities which are separately priced. Tickets and all other Package components must be used by the same person on any and all days. Chaperones for children under age 10 are required for selected parks and attractions.
