- New business tour, Operation Disney: The Magic Backstage, now available at the Disneyland® Resort: Through the innovative creation of the Disneyland® Resort, Walt Disney was able to bring to life perhaps an even greater breakthrough: a unique approach to business itself. Now, through exclusive, behind–the–scenes glimpses of the original Disneyland® Park come inspiring, in-depth perspectives of the proven Disney approaches to leadership excellence, people management, quality service, brand loyalty and inspiring creativity–powerful business philosophies created by Walt Disney himself and taught by Disney Institute.
- One to Five day programs now available at the Disneyland® Resort: With the recent success of one and two day formats, new one day program dates have been announced for 2009–2010 at the Disneyland® Resort. Disney Institute will offer back to back one day program formats for each of the five core business principles. Pick the program that best relates to your professional development needs or choose a multi–day format to maximize your training.
- WebCasts: These highly engaging and innovative 60–minute training sessions are the perfect opportunity to learn insights into the Disney core business competencies and gain some invaluable ideas for your organization. Each one is delivered in a professional broadcast style that includes a program moderator and subject matter expert, both of whom are seasoned Disney Institute facilitators. You can attend as an individual or create a motivating team training event.
- Introducing Disney’s Approach to Inspiring Creativity: Built from a cornerstone of creativity, Disney continues to search for new ideas that will lead to even greater success. This new program will take participants into the insight of one of the world’s most creative and innovative brands.
Available in all program formats for public and private programs, inspiring creativity will help answer the question, where is creativity found? Through unique case studies and easily transferable ideas this program can help organizations identify and capitalize on creative strengths, inspiring employees, and ultimately creating a collaborative culture.
- Behind–the–Scenes Experience Goes Virtual at Disney Institute: Nothing compares to a Disney Theme Park experience, but Disney Institute comes close. Through a combination of innovative tools such as 360 degree photography, Google Earth and video content, business professionals can now take a virtual walk backstage at Disney Theme parks such as Epcot – allowing anyone anywhere to experience the same type of program previously available only at the Walt Disney World® and Disneyland® Resorts.
In addition, new desktop video conferencing technology enables a live “guest speaker” interaction with Disney leaders that used to only be available at a Disney Destination. These tools bring the “living laboratory,” which is the most unique aspect of Disney Institute training, to life at any location around the world.
Disney Institute also has created highly–interactive online WebCasts that are streamed live and delivered in a professional broadcast style. Packaged as streamlined versions of the most popular Disney Institute multi–day public programs, these online WebCasts are delivered by a program moderator and subject matter expert, both of whom are Disney Institute facilitators.
