  • Introducing Innovative Brand Loyalty Program: Disney Institute has just introduced new program content that takes participants inside one of the world’s most powerful and admired brands. The new curriculum is an immersive study of the Disney approach to brand loyalty and offers time–tested best practices for business professionals looking to create a service culture that drives repeat business and long–term success.

  • One and Two Day Open Enrollment Programs Now Available at Disneyland® Resort: In view of the volatility of the current business environment and based on feedback received from West coast clients, Disney Institute has created a series of shorter, more intensive and interactive programs at the Disneyland® Resort. For the first time, one and two day public open enrollment programs are being offered this August and September.

  • Disney Institute Programs Now Available at Learning Tree: Disney Institute professional development programs are now being offered for the first time at Learning Tree Education Centers in select cities throughout the U.S. The programs are part of a new relationship between Disney Institute and Learning Tree, the world's leading vendor–independent management, business skills and IT training company.

    Available in August 2009, a broad range of Disney Institute content, in two and three day formats, will be held at Learning Tree Education Centers in the Atlanta, Chicago, New York City and Washington, D.C. areas.

    Programs offered at Learning Tree Education Centers include Disney’s Approach to: Leadership Excellence, People Management, Quality Service, Brand Loyalty and Inspiring Creativity. There is also a five–day Disney’s Approach to Business Excellence program, which features content from all five of Disney Institute’s core topics.

  • Harvard, Disney Institute Collaborate to Offer New Program: For the first time, two world–renowned learning organizations are bringing their history and experience together in a joint professional development program.
